Shelter and Rescue Organizations
Rescue has always been at the heart of our work, and our goal is the same as yours: place pets in their forever homes the first time.
We know that rescues lean into the hard cases. You are in it to help, whatever that means. While medical issues can be somewhat straightforward to tackle, behavior issues are a whole different ballgame. You have to weigh public safety, fosters, and how the animal will be in a home. The reality is, it’s not simple. Let us help simplify it. We are able to assist with providing some guidance for your tough cases. If you have an animal who has been in rescue for a while and you just aren’t sure what you are going to do about them, talk to us-we can help. More than that, we WANT to help.
Individual cases are not the only way we can support you. Volunteers, fosters, and shelter staff are the heart of rescue and shelter organizations. Let us equip and empower your organization with the knowledge to safely and effectively understand the animals you care for. Our extensive education in working in schools, group homes, and teaching parent courses have given us a unique advantage when it comes to “human training.” We’d love to provide you, your staff, and your volunteers with the education that will help you do what you do even better.
